God made man AND woman. Adam and Eve! Not Adam and Steve! Read Leviticus 18:22; 20:13. Romans 1:18-32; 1Chorinthians 6:9. Also, God did not create you gay or anything. The lie of america is that you are either born gay or straight. But it doesn't work that way. Most people are decived by being told they are gay or saying you are either born gay or straight. Everyone always has a time when they're horomones react to almost anything and they want something "dirty". That's when people think they are gay. But do not worry. God did not create you gay. I hope that i have helped you in some way.

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When a person continues in sin and disbelief, the Bible tells us that God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.

God does not create a person with homosexual desires. The Bible tells us that a person becomes a homosexual because of sin (Romans 1:24-27), and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person choosing to sin by giving into their sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger / rage, does that make it right for then to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true for homosexuality.

However, the Bible does not describe homosexuality as a “greater” sin than any other. All sin is offensive to God. Homosexuality is just one of the many things listed in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 that will keep a person from the kingdom of God. According to the Bible, God’s forgiveness is just as available to a homosexual as it is to an adulterer, idol worshipper, murderer, thief, etc. God also promises the strength for victory over sin, including homosexuality, to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

Leviticus 18:22 "Do not lie with another man as with a woman, that is an abomination"

That's the main verse, but there are others, all taken out of context by a male dominated heirarchy who wished to impose their moral will on worhippers. What has happened is that the Christian church has picked out those restrictions that it wants to enforce and left others behind. As an example, did you know that Moses also taught that you are not allowed to get a tattoo? And when did you last eat pork, crab or lobster? Do you cook meat and dairy in the same kitchen using the same oven and even utensils?

The point is, the Catholic Church has laid restrictions with regards to sexuality for its own purposes. How about looking at his another way? You yourself state that God has made you this way - bisexual. Therefore do not let the shame inflicted on you get you down.

It is not the Bible that says this is a sin, it is the church. The Christian God is one of love, acceptance and forgiveness. Bear that in mind - desire before doctrine.

It is a fact that we are all born equal. All babies are female until about four months then some develope male sexual organs.
There are very few 100% men and very few 100% women, we are varying degrees in between ranging from 20% to 90% in each case. The more male hormones a female has the more macho she is likely to be.
The more female hormones a male has, the more feminine he would act.
However the question was: "Where in the bible does it say being gay is a sin?" I don`t suppose it does, but Jesus was all for it so I`m led to beleive, at one time he did say to Satan, "Get thee behind me, Satan!" but he never said why or what for, so that leaves a bit of doubt, does it not?
If it was OK for him, why not OK for everyone else?

There is a quote from Leviticus often used to "prove" the Christian God is against homosexuality. However Leviticus is the Old Testament and Christians follow the New Testament.

It is also worth noting that the Bible was written by man, not by God, and men will of course be biased. Many Christians are not against homosexuality and Christianity in general is becoming more accepting of homosexuality.

According to the bible any sex outside marriage is sinful. If so anyone who has ever had sex without being married to the person has sinned. I think there are less people who have not done this, but that is just my opinion. Anyway you are who you are and don't let others judgement get you down.

Everyone sins according to the bible. Romans 3:23: for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

I do not know it this helps or not but Christians tell me that a Christian is just a forgiven sinner. If that is true then you are just like everyone else, that is a saved sinner, right?

The Bible, in Genesis, in chapters one and two, provides God's blueprint for marriage and for His good gift of sex. The gift is only to be enjoyed within a marriage between a man and a woman. There are no exceptions suggested, such as homosexual partnerships. From Genesis on, the Bible praises the marriage of a man and a woman, but it speaks only negatively of homosexual behavior whenever it is mentioned.

The Old Testament states, "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable" (Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13). The New Testament agrees, listing "homosexual offenders" among a list of people who "will not inherit the kingdom of God" unless they are cleansed through Christ (1 Corinthians 6:9-11). Other passages are Genesis, chapter 19; Romans 1:18-32; 1 Timothy 1:8-11; Jude, verse 7. However, it is important to note that the Bible speaks only of homosexual behavior (which would include lust—choosing to fantasize about behavior), not unchosen feelings. God will not judge a Christian guilty for his or her involuntary feelings.

Sometimes it is said that the Bible does not record any words of Jesus about homosexuality, and therefore it must be acceptable to God. However, the Bible does not record sayings of Jesus about a number of other specific sins either. When people asked Jesus about marriage, He told them to remember what Genesis said about God's plan for marriage (Matthew 19:1-12). So, in this sense, Jesus did have something to say about homosexual partnerships. If people had asked Him, He would have told them to remember what God said about marriage in Genesis. God only blessed sex within the committed marriage relationship of a man and a woman.

Some have tried to reinterpret what the Bible says, in an effort to approve homosexual relationships. For a reply to such efforts, read "Straight and Narrow" by Thomas Schmidt or "A Strong Delusion" by Joe Dallas. I have a gay friend who was ostracised from the Christian church because of his sexuality, and he became so distraught that he contemplated taking his own life. I do not know any quotes from the Bible that being gay is a sin. I related to my gay friend that God loves His children unconditionally regardless of their sexuality, creed or denomination. Jesus also preached the same principles, in that we should all love one another regardless. I have always related that is "man" who makes up the rules, not God.
