DO ALL OF THESE ABOVE TO SEE A VAST IMPROVMENT IN SIX MONTHS:
-*****you need to use a diet pill, there is this new one called alli and it is fda-approved (you will lose 10% of your body weight with the right diet and excercise)
-walking will not do any good if it is not for at least 30min
-you need to form a harsher excercise program such as going to the gym and running for an hour a day
-*******My Pick: or invest in a trainer- it may be the best investment because it will save your life literally
-eat healthier, not just less. there are these things called fruits and veggies, they are amazing when cooked well
-take mulit-vitamins
warning about the alli: start it on a friday and stay near the bathroom because it causes dirrehea the first weekend that it is used, but it is extremely effective
Good Luck!!!!

Skipping meals is not a very good thing to do. You may be taking in more calories than you think you are by making up for your skipped lunch or perhaps your body has gone into starvation mode and is not giving up any more calories. It happens. I suggest talking to your doctor about and ruling out any other possible health concerns. I once had an ovarian cyst that made me look like I was pregnant. Also, check out Weight Watchers they have all sorts of useful information.

dont worry about your weight increase 1kg, I think fat loss, muscle gain. It 's regular.
the stomach fat is the last to go, so be patient and keep on your diet plan.
here are some easy tips:
Green Tea boosts metabolism and may aid in weight loss. It also contains anti-cancer properties and help prevent heart disease.
Fiber is very good for a healthy cardiovascular system. It helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Since fiber slows down the conversion of carbohydrate into sugar, it promotes a stable blood sugar in the body. This helps us feel full for longer periods and thus becomes helpful in reducing weight.

You have to ensure that your total calorie intake /day is always less by 300-400 calories per day than your daily calorie requirement by diet modification. Once you are able to achieve it and with your routine daily exercise you will definitely achieve desired BMI and weight reduction. For more help you are fre to contact me as I am Fitness Coach.
