Free Will is a universal law not one divised by man.
Man makes another a slave not the universe.
The slave has the free will to choose many things in the life
he slated as a slave incarnation for his learning.
he can be submissive/ be defianent/ be the rebel to revolt etc
YES all have the free will of choices within their present life.
(to think slavery stops free will is to think small from only the human concept instead of from the bigger picture)

Yes ...if free will is properly understood.
Most think free will is doing whatever you want and still having a wonderful time.
Wrong.
In face of any situation, one is free to make the decision they please.
You're standing on a railroad track. The train is coming.
You decide to stay on the track.
You have exercised free will ....and met the consequences of your free choice.
