Exuse my spelling, it's 7am, and those of you who know me, Know I'm an insomniac. Anyway, moving on.
In Christianity, the 'One True God" is ...well, the Judeo-Christian one. Of course you take pride in believing you are aware of the most omnipowerful being in (or outside of) existance. But Christians, fathom this;
Say you were born into a muslim family, raised on muslim beliefes. Would you not then believe Allah was the one true God? In this respect, How, exactly can you be so sure of yourself, KNOWING you would be equally sure of yourself if you had been born into a different religion?
-Hence, The Atheist.
Thoughts, before I pass out?

Good point - one of many reasons to conclude that religion is just mythology, with no basis in fact.

Your point is well made. Some of us are 'luckier' than others in everything.
Born in the west as opposed to born in some truly poor country, born into a Christian setting, a Buddhist's, Shinto, Hindu or other such religious practice of native people in their own localities.
It should humble us a bit that random chance provided some of us with the opportunity to serve God. Still, Christ said that "my sheep will hear my voice" so through the global preaching of the good news done by so many, a great many will hear about God and put faith in him and his son's sacrifice.
Still, do not forget that God is not unjust and cannot do a wicked act, so we may be assured that all will be given equal judgment fairly.
For this reason, if you yourself hold back because of concern that others don't get their chance will only cause harm to you yourself since then you may bypass the opportunity you have been extended!?

Good point! This is where the real problem comes in, and is why evangelism is of utmost importance. Christianity taught along side any other religion-with equal time and effort will always win out. Unfortunately most will not give the equal time/effort. As with Islam-it will always lose because of a belief in Islam / Muslim- "al takkeya". Which means that Muslims are "encouraged to lie" if it will benefit Islam or another Muslim. For this one reason alone- negotiations with Muslims always fail. Look at every treaty made between Muslims and Westerners or Israelis. They have "all" failed. And the Muslims have "always" broken the agreements-not the others. Muslims even lie to each other. They can rarely get along themselves. Check it out and you will see it is true. Muslims can not be trusted-anytime. This is so sad-but so true.

The people whom have come to the decision to ask Jesus into their hearts did not do so without doing a LOT of searching within their hearts and minds....there are a lot of people within the Christian Belief whom have never taken that step....yet, people from all kinds of beliefs had crossed over when in search of that certain "something" that they just never could find within their old Beliefs.
Mormon, J.W., Pagan, Occultists, Muslim, etc.,. even Atheist, had felt that "something" just wasn't "right" about the "recipe" of life they were living.
Many had a life changing experience BEFORE they left their churches....BEFORE they ever set foot in a Christian Church.
Because of what they found, they found the "completeness" that their own church beliefs never gave them.
Those whom leave the Christian Churches, never took the extra step to seek the Holy Spirit....so, they had never known what they didn't have...just that they didn't have what they saw in those they considered "different".
When you "meet" the Holy Spirit, THAT is what makes people "different"....Asking Jesus into your heart, but not asking that the Holy Spirit come too...well....that's like having a BLT sandwich without the bacon, or the lettuce, or the tomato....it's not a TRUE BLT unless you have all 3.
Peace be with you :)

I believe there is ONE TRUE GOD who created the universe and human beings. And the one true God is willing to reveal Himself to whoever earnestly seeks him.
You may have grown up in a "Christian" country and therefore are more likely to think of God as the God of the Bible. Or as a Muslim, that Allah is the one true God. Or as the American Indians, as the One Great Spirit.
But the question is how does your faith affect your life? True faith in the ONE TRUE GOD will allow you to enter into a living, personal relationship with Him, no matter in what religious environment you grew up in.
I believe the one true God, revealed Himself in the Bible and in the form of Jesus. Jesus is God who became a man.
I am not talking about "Christianity". There are so many stripes and colors of Christianity that it's hard to know what is the truth. But once you start reading the Bible prayerfully and ask God to reveal Himself to you, you will find out that what I said is true.

This is a hard question. Who knows what I would think if I were raised Muslim?
My faith teaches me that God has a plan for my life, a destiny. So if I would have been born Muslim, I believe that means at some point I would have converted to Christianity.
I hope this answers your question.

It boggles my mind that so many Christians hold up "faith" as the supreme virtue.
Using this logic, Islam is just as valid as Christianity; since they have just as much faith. But try to get either side to admit this is like reversing the rotation of the earth.

I've seen this questioned asked multiple times, and they almost always answer that they would find Jesus regardless. A lot of them are unable to understand the dynamics of this simple yet elegant question.

How will you know the truth? How can you relate yourself being born muslim with Christian belief?
"Your" Allah is same with "our" one true God... "The Father Almighty"...The Father of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob.
What differ between us...is our prophet who can bring us back to the Father God and lead us to live in His eternal promised Land..."The New Jerusalem" (after life states.)
Which "Holy Book" (Bible/Koran) reveals secrets, missions, responsibility, humble life performance (likened to the Holy God integrity), supported by God intended miracles, with a humble promised of the guidance of " The God`s Holy Spirit" while in this world and then reaping eternal happiness from this world`s sacrifices and attainment of:
Love, Peace, Humbleness, Joyous, Harmonious, Helpful, Respectful of other fellow humans who are sacred too being another creation of God with a "holy" spirit/soul given by the Almighty Father like His Holy Spirit and also having Good Relationships..... between one another.
You will know the truth... by the guidance of God`s Holy Spirit... i.e...if you ask fervently God`s help and guidance... in knowing the truth... then you may follow the truth in your life and "feel free" from family-cultural-religious stresses in life... because it is always......"the truth will set you free"....................
If your life on earth is all obssessive attainment of great competitiveness, rivalry, ambition (irregardless of ways in attaining it), full of hatred, pride, honor, violence, killings, sinnings, disrespectful, destructions of another good spirited human being, corrupt, hunger of worldly success, fame, power and money...then be careful of your future, because your prophet is leading you to the opposite direction...i.e... "The hell"

Well, every Muslim will get a chance to learn about Jesus. If they don't, then God can't judge them for it. See, you could use the same basic idea about any religion. And yet there is one indisputable truth, not many.

It is not a question of Muslim, or Christian influence.
It all revolves around a search for truth.
Can you recognize truth when you see it?
