There are reports of people being eaten by anacondas and other large constrictor snakes, but there isn't any definitive proof. The only thing that is known for sure is that anacondas have killed people, it isn't known for sure that anacondas have ever eaten anyone. It is generally thought to be physically possible, though.

There alot of fake pictures going around, but if you look at them, alot of them have the people having been swallowed feet first, which is impossible for the snake. There are not many documented accounts of Anacondas or Ret. Pythons eating adult humans, but the tribesmen report many children and the dead being engulfed by these large snakes.
What you see in the movies is Movie magic.
