I am a Pagan. I've come across alot of nasty, hatefull people on the R&S forum, who obviously have no clue how to preach the bible to Pagans.
So if you're up to it, read this: http://www.aquatabch.org/christian_relations.php
and tell me what you think.
The article comes from the Aquarian Tabernacle Church, the community I am proud to call myself a part of. So what do you think?

True Christians, those believers who actually follow the teachings of Christ, reach out to pagans with love and understanding to preach them the gospel. Non-believers are loved, but their sin is revered. Love the sinner, hate the sin. May God bless you in order for you to learn the way and come to Him with repentance.

I think that I got the gist of the arguement on the article. I know what that person was saying was true about attacking. a Christian who is in contact with God hasn't the call to attack, but to preach the Gospel instead.
But I will tell you, I have no calling to witness to Pagans, Wiccans and such. No call whatsoever. What I am supposed to do is answer the question from people about God that they might have in the way the Spirit of God directs me. So the person that I am writing or speaking to is important to me because I have to discern where the question comes from. Some of those questions are spirit led questions, the way I used to ask them before I was saved. But I know that the majority of people on the Earth have no real reason for believing. They are NOT led by the Spirit and are NOT trying to understand God. I have no interest in responding to them so that they have another piece of trivia to file away.
So good for you that you've found something to believe in. I hope that you are satisfied with it.

I think it's a great article. Most Christians when preaching to Pagans don't know what they're talking about, this article will atleast make the Christians that read it look more intelligent.

We shouldn't preach to anyone until they ask questions, and the Holy Spirit directs us. We should respect everyone for who they are.

I've read the article, interesting. Like http://www.wicca.com/celtic/wicca/christian.htm with it's advantages but with small inconsistances/errors...
I could prune it down to "don't waste your time".

I don't think that some do, they weren't taught tolerance, kindness, or compassion. Most were...but the ones I come across act mean and condescending.

You're not suppose to preach, but we're suppose to witness.

The gospel is the same to all people. See the gospel of John study at http://www.bcbsr.com/books/john.html for John's presentation and the book of Romans http://www.bcbsr.com/books/rom.html for Paul's presentation.

Hello dear!
Of course they do! They have done it for centuries. Through fire with sword and violence! The victims (the ones who were not wise enough ot accept this system instantly were executed and such victims measure to many dozens of millions)!
