I don't know if God would have one action that would be appreciated above others. For the purpose of answering the question though, I will say sincerity in one's actions would be on top of that list.
I always feel more balanced and grounded when I act with sincerity because there's no deception involved.
I live in the USA and I like to keep a healthy blend of different spiritual practices. You could call me a Metaphysical Christian Hindu.....It changes all the time too.
It's my spirituality and I can do all of that if I want to. ;)
See ya K~XOXO

I think it is belief and faith. I appreciate it and practice it. When I allow life's struggles to get me down I feel sad because in truth I know, have seen, and experienced God's love and protection. For those who don't believe in Him I ask that you try Him for yourself. Put God to the test and I mean a real test not give me a million dollar test. Find a place in your life that needs some healing. Something that you can not fix yourself and just tell Him that in His word it says try Him and see. Then be patient and wait. Find out if God will step up. He has for me in my life. Living with what I have I should be dead but by his grace I am alive in good health and able to move around without pain. Try God.

Protestant Christian, USA ( California)
"What human action does God appreciate most?"
The actions which are done in the trust of Him. It is stated in the Bible that God wants us to trust Him. Jesus said it Himself. So those who put their lives on the establishment of "Thus saith the word of the Lord" are moving in the direction that God wants us to be in.
" Do you practice it?"
Yes. I live it. He's trustworthy.
" How do you feel when you do or don't? "
The reward that might be immediately noticeable is the connection with God. The relationship is edified.
For not doing it, shame and disgust for myself. I then pick myself back up and go at it again.
EDIT: I might add that fear losing contact with God. He helps me with that too.

Are you doing research? Maybe you are a statistician?
I am an Episcopalian with strong Zen tendencies.

I was raised Baptist in New Zealand - currently struggling to follow.
My teachings (I think) were that Gods greatest commandment was that we love one another.
Do I do it? Sometimes
How does it feel? Good when others love me back
If I don't do it? I feel bitter and twisted inside, especially when holding a grudge.
Hope this helps in your research.
