Have they been neutered? If not they are probably marking their territory, or covering up other dogs' smells.
Responsible pet owners spay and neuter their pets, always.

You don't, it's hardwired behavior in the dog. Just let them whiz, they aren't doing any harm because where they decide to whiz is where another male dog has already whizzed before them.
The one thing you can do is put them outside for 10 minutes on a chain every two hours or build an enclosed space with a doggy door to the outside. They will still whiz when you walk them, but less frequently.
Whatever you do don't spot train them - train them to go in a certain tree all the time. Dogs then think a certain spot of their choosing indoors is a perfectly fine place to go. This place in the house is my place just as that tree out doors is my place. Their logic isn't the same as ours. Spot training undoes house breaking and you have a place that smells of dog piss, but you become trained not to smell it while all your friends and neighbors do.
With dogs its one way or the other, spot train them then they are trained to pick a spot on the inside as well. Housebreak them and you have a happy dog and happier friends and neighbors.

sounds such as you may desire to head returned to sq. a million with homestead guidance. This dogs might desire to be crated in any respect cases once you could not rapidly supervise her. Get on an honest schedule and persist with it. once you're homestead placed her on a leash and take her rapidly exterior. save her on your on the spot eyesight for a quantity of time and then top returned interior the crate in the previous she has a brilliant gamble to think of approximately going interior the homestead. while she is doing properly on the schedule you could progressively advance the time she is allowed to hold close out interior the homestead (consistently on your sight). It make take some weeks yet she would manage to get the hint. additionally sparkling the pee/poop spots and rinse with diluted vinegar. It neutralizes the ammonia scent from the pee minimizing the attracting scent. If she has a tendency to pee on your room maximum placed her crate there. she would manage to affiliate your room as her room at last and could end peeing there.

Have his testes surgically removed. Drastic sounding but perfectly acceptable method to help stop dog peeing everywhere. Ask your Vet

I'm going to assume this is a serious question, but that there's a piece missing...
Is the problem that he's killing your lawn?
Peeing on your lawn furniture?
Or does it just bother you that he pees alot?
If his urine is killing your lawn, check pet stores for a product you can put on his food to neutralize it.
If he's peeing on your lawn furniture, take him to a different, designated space.
If it bothers you that he pees, you should probably stick with cats.

They are marking their territory. Be glad its outside instead of inside. Getting them neutered will tone it down some.

pick a spot that you would like to designate as their place to do their business and if you have to, take them out on a leash when they need to go. they will soon accept the place as the spot they need to go to when peeing or going #2.

move your tree's from outside, to in the house. This way, they will understand that they are only to pee inside.
