If they are pecking at your windows, they really aren't trying to get in, they are trying to defend their territory against those other bluebirds they see - their reflections.

Well its nesting time...I had the same thing happen once with Finches...I couldn't believe it...every time I opened the door,
there they where...I can't even imagine what they might do to your house if they got inside...lol

may be they are searching for a nest to lay eggs n they must have found ur house good n safe for their eggs....
if u want them to lay their eggs in ur house then dont scare them away.....
i think they wont mess ur house unless u dont scare them or try to harm them....it will be nice...try it...
