We all have some sort of conception of who is a bad person who is a good person. When I talk with people I find out that actually conception of good and evil is very differnet from person to person.
How do you define a good person and a bad person?

An easy bench-mark : just compare all your good, positive qualities or values with whoever u want to assess. If these characteristics are different or opposite from yours, u can safely conclude he belongs to the negative or "bad" category.
As a rough rule, sincerity, kindness, considerateness, graciousness, helpfulness, responsibility, etc are positive, good. The good person will usually not do things that cause you any unnecessary harm, displeasure,tension , damage, loss, etc to your well-being.However ,do not use the word 'evil' when you just mean he is a little playful, naughty or bad in a light sense, cause it has very strong connotations.
You also have to give some time after several meetings,dealings, etc before you can accurately assess any person. It isn't really necessary to be completely pious in your religion or to have a religion to be considered "good". So long as u don't commit crimes or being habitually 'sinful' you r not 'bad'.
Associating often with a person for some years at work, study or play or going on a few adventures/holidays with him can also reveal his true nature.

There is your answer - everyone's conception of what is good/bad/evil is very different, so a 'good' person to me may be a 'bad' person to you.
It depends on the asker - ask yourself what would you define as 'good' or 'bad', and you will therefore assess others in the light of that, don't you think?
Anyhow, people can be 'good' or 'bad' in different cricumstances and situations, so one cannot really say another person is completely 'good' or 'bad'. People do change over time as well, so their actions/thoughts/opinions on the same subject/situation can also change over time.

I can disinguish people from two things very well,
Their eyes and their voices.
Also their actions, friends, behavior are good way.
Good person, some one who people are safe from his harm and bad person some one who hurt other people.

I usually define the good people....as those who harm none.
Although....I suppose manipulation and trickery....could be defined as harm.
Depends on the results I suppose....and with the chaos theory, there is no such thing as good or bad....no harm can be done....for everything is your own choice!

Depends on your own ideas of good and bad. Take look at Hitler. He was idolized by many people and was hated by the rest.

Spiritually speaking, there are no bad persons. The bad one is satan who deceives peoples and confuses them and lures them to the false glitters of this world thus, make them bad persons in his behalf. They are as examples those wicked or demonized like gambling lords, prostitution lords, moneylaundering lord, warlords, armslords, smuggling lords etc.But the real bad persons are demons who incarnated as human beings which are sampled from above-mentioned earthly and worldly positions and they are under satan spell including serial killers and rapists and murderers. On one hand, the good really good persons are members of the spiritual gov't composing of the church, priests, pastors, nuns, ministers, bishops, prophets/ saints and their disciples, etc. though not perfect. They are under the HOLY SPIRIT. The natural men in between are actually naive but are also imperfect but not really bad. we ,humans are so short visioned and shallow minded
i believe that i cant judge on people,because only god knows their hearts and this is unrevealed 2 us,dont u agree?
but generally,we can judge on others,that is to say a shallow judgement,by their own acts
