Called "The Facts on UFOs & Other Supernatural Phenomena" which suggested that there were not only parallels between the UFO phenomenon & spiritualism, but that the source of both was the same, i.e. demonic forces with an intent to lead people away from the truth of God & Jesus Christ.

Are UFOs, etc. extra-terrestrial ? Or a demonic deception ? Or something else ?

Your thoughts, please ? For Christians who answer, any scripture to support your view ?

May God bless you.

Considering where we are located in this galaxy, it is equivilent to beyond the back roads, past the dirt roads, into a grassy trail. Why would any cosmopolitian alien want to come to such a backwater place as the Sol system?

Is there life in space? Unknown. We do know there are spirit life forms. Anybody else????

It would be more likely at least some of these sightings are demonic inspired as they distract attention from worship of God which already has distractions set in place with all the false religions here now. Just one more shell in the ten 1,000s of distracting shells.

Well there are UFO like phenomenon described in the Bible like when Elijah have been abducted (2 Kings 2:11). Note however that deception may be common (2 Corinthians 11:14).

The source of both is the same: human imagination.

This is not to say that life cannot possibly exist elsewhere in the universe. It's simply that there's no credible evidence that extraterrestrials have visited Earth.

It may be that human imagination is important, evolutionarily speaking, because if humans could imagine what might happen if they did something, or went someplace unfamiliar, they'd be able to plan in advance, or do something else, thereby surviving to pass on their genes.

Again, the human ego fits everything to its image. Other sentient life is out there, and its far superior to humans. What makes you think it cares what humanity does on this planet? Why would they expend energy and resources to come here and interfere with nature? If any are closeby, they will definitely view humankind with mild humor.
