next five to ten years from now? What types of shows will we most likely see more of? less of? and what "experimental" sitcoms,or series, or comedies, family type, teen type etc.. shows will we all see, soon? Shows really are kind of "experiements" because we never know if we are going to keep seeing them or not...they put them on, and poof! they are either gone before ya know it..or they are still on..going strong!
Last, what types of shows would you prefer? or love or really, really wish that they would show, for all of us...?
and why?

thanks!

"Return To Rome"- A new reality series which doesn't stop with debasing /deriding ametuer performers. No more censorship, we get unexpergated murder with lots of nudity and foul language. Episode one offers the summary execution of the American Idol trio(I'm actually ok with this segment). Mike Tyson will be ordered to bite the ear off of a lion that has fasted for a week. Donald Trump will be "Fired" and used as the target in a crossbow contest. Paris Hilton, must use her femine wyles to cheat death at the hands of 13-psychos who have been locked away in solitary for a year. And of course, professional gladiators will duel celebrites in "Whacking With The Stars". The first night features Howie Long, Terry Bradshaw, and Jimmy Johnson battling for their lives against a 12- man gladiator tag-team. A battle billed as "No Chance" it will of course be filmed in Philly. LOL-rogue

I think we're due for some good sitcoms to come back. And less reality. I love to laugh, so I'm rooting for some funny shows. In the 80's the top ten shows were sitcoms. (except for 60 minutes,) Those were the days of Cosby and Roseanne. In those days, those shows were really funny. :D

I think the networks will stop shuffling the shows around to different time slots. Viewers are getting tired of their favorite shows airing at different times...... Sitcoms and reality shows will soon be a thing of the past.

There will still be rubbish on television in ten years time. I will not try to narrow it down beyond that point. I'm going to go out on a limb here and put forward the proposition that there will be something actually worth while watching on TV sometime in the next ten years. Please don't press Me for anymore details other than to say that "Hogan's Heroes", "Gilligan's Island", "I Dream of Jeannie" and "Bewitched" will probably still be doing the rounds.
