Ah the old million dollar question,I think that everyone asks this about themselves at some time or other and it comes out in one of two ways for the one searching; Am I here by accident and if so then what is the purpose of it all when finality is the end result, and another will choose to believe that life is no accident and they have a special place in creation, they will look to a higher power and hopefully find God in their life and realize that death is not the end but only the beginning.
We all must decide one or the other, if you choose the second life principle then the purpose of your life is to come to know, love and serve God and inherit His kingdom in the next life.

God didn't put us here just to indulge ourselves or have a good time (at least in the way some probably mean it). God put us here for a purpose—and that purpose is to live for Him and experience the joy of His presence every day.
The problem is, God wants to be at the center of our lives‐but so do we. We want to run our own lives and be free to do anything we please because we think that must be the path to happiness. But when we live only for ourselves, we find it doesn't bring us happiness after all. In fact, a life of self-indulgence only leads to emptiness. The Bible warns, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death" (Proverbs 14:12).
But God has another way for us—His way! It alone is the way of peace, and it alone will bring us true happiness. Not only that, but His path alone will lead us to heaven. What is that way? It is the way of the cross—Christ's cross. On the cross Christ took away all our sins and selfishness, and now He wants to come into our lives and replace them with His love.
Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). Turn to Christ today and ask Him to come into your life. Then ask Him to begin changing you from within—and He will, as you yield your life to Him and allow His Word, the Bible, to shape your life every day.

There can be no such thing unless there is a Creator.
“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (noted mathematician, philosopher and atheist)
If we wish to find real purpose, we must seek our Creator. All else are just feelings.

Spiritually speaking, man's purpose per divine Will is to finally become gods or like-GOD in the KINGDOM OF GOD. The reason behind this, is THE LORD GOD will continously create an infinite and countless universes and the gods will be THE LORD AND GOD over these countless universes inhabited by newly created men. In fact our generation of mankind is the 1stborn among the universal born. And the Kingdom of GOD will grow forever like a tree and man as gods will grow forever from glory to glory in joy and power. THANKS GOD; FEAR GOD; PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD. Pls visit my website-http://groups.yahoo.com/group/THEGOODNEWSOFTHEKINGDOM/

I once asked a psychic friend why I was born, and she said to find out where God ends and I begin. I find that troubling - I think I'm in over my head.

To show that humanity is not uncovering, but discovering, and that some things we have done to consol ourselves are merely ridiculous.
