It's obvious that individual privacy and liberty are destroying America.

Freedom of speech is perhaps our greatest enemy.

When will we rid ourselves of that terrible piece of paper called the U.S. Constitution?

LOL You're probably right, Trevor. Between the Democrats and Republicans, we probably won't need to "suffer" under that document much longer. I hate to see it go, but I'm already trying to condition myself to live without it.

I've been studying up on historical Soviet, and Chinese, daily life, and practicing bowing at the waist and offering the cops money in exchange for not beating me into the ground and then rounding up all of the children in my neighborhood and forcing them onto the Patriot Work Buses.

But at least we'll be "safe", right?

The internet needs a sarcasm button.

What idiots if you actually thought this was anything but satire.

People can't see sarcasm when it's so clearly portrayed, little wonder they can't see all the lies and cover ups that are burying our rights one at a time.

The bill of rights is a piece of paper and cannot hate anything. Its government that puts limits on these rights and it's people that abuse them that make that happen. When people start showing respect for their exsisting rights and privellages and stop causing drama in society because of what they don't have and what they "THINK" they deserve, things will start to make more sense. You may not be entirely happy w/ the freedom that you have, but it's more than you'd have anywhere else. Americans are too spoiled and that is why these kind of questions get asked. Man will never be happy with what he has, he will always want more until this world has nothing left to give and we destroy it completely. (the only good phrase out of Apocolypto)

How can an idea or a piece of paper "hate" America?

So, I'm assuming you enjoy the freedom of asking questions on this or any other forum, yes?

If these freedoms didn't exist, the chances of being able to discuss freely any topic of your choice would probably be curtailed, or even eliminated.

Freedom is never "free".

The purpose of the Bill of Rights is to protect the individuals from being abused by the government.

Relax! Bush and the neocons (with lots of help from the Democrats) are working diligently on destroying the Bill of Rights and the Constitution even as we type. Hooray for fascism!! Bush and Cheney will one day find their place in the sun right along side Hitler and Mussolini.

The Constitution was never meant to be a suicide pact. We need to rid ourselves of the terrible people who think otherwise.

It's what separates us from a communist state. I'd rather have mindless idiots complain about the Bill of Rights than not have the right to complain at all...idiot.
