my h2b visa is expired but i still want to work in here what i have to do?

If your H2B has already expired, than the likelihood that a renewal would be granted is very slim. The regulations state that you have to demonstrate that you were in a valid non-immigrant status at the time of filing. By the way, you can't request to extend your H2B status, your employer would have to do that on your behalf.
