well you can either let it grow out which would take forever,or possibly dye over it start with a red and move to a brownish color.or im afraid youll have to go with bleach.what about some highlights instead?

The Only Other Way To Get Rid Of The Color Is To Grow It Out. You Could Try A "Haircolor Remover" Like Jeri Redding's ONE N' ONLY Or L'Oreal's Effasol / Effasor Mixed With Equal Parts Creme Developer And Conditioner. Strand Test Until Color Is ALMOST Light Enough. Rinse And Shampoo And Let Natural Fading Do The Rest.

Well,my cousin did a very drastic thing and shaved her head for the same reason. She wore a wig for a while till her hair got to a short decent length, then of couse she just fixed her hair however she could till it was the length she wanted. Although it may not be for you, you could always continue cutting your hair about an inch or inch and a half every month till your naturel color begins to grow out on it's own.Eventually your naturel color will come back and if you are the type to dye your hair alot the chemicals used to strip color off can actually in some cases "fry" your hair and it will begin to fall out. Just do the waiting game and it will grow back eventually,or go drastic shave your head wear a wig for a while, and let all your beautiful brown hair come back naturally.

There's a garnier haircolor called 100% you can buy at walgreens. It's supposed to lift the color up a couple shades and is only for people with really dark hair like black. Try that first. If the color doesn't budge then go to a salon to have it fixed. If you can't afford a color correction then you'll just have to wait for it to grow out.

black dye is very very difficult to wash out, dye back. u dont dye your hair back to "normal" perhaps u could just dye your hair over and over with very light shades? lighter than medium brown at least. dye it over and over. and when its lighter, go get a proper medium brown dye. and treatment. another way to help is to grow out but that takes forever and looks quite awful .

Eventually it'll grow out while you can introduce your preferred colour back in. Since there's not much difference you can't go way off and make mistakes. It'll take a bit of time that's all.
