you want to stretch the muscles, tendons and ligaments when they are warm and pliable after exercise. stretching the muscles when they are cold is not a good idea

when you do stretch start with the calves, then the hamstrings, then the quads and groin. no specific order with the upper body.

very carefully so u dont pull anything stretch from ur hands down to ur feet do u good take care
