Everything that you eat affect you. If you want to have a beautiful skin you should eat only fresh food, vedgetables, fish, things that usualy you may not like :( . You must forget about fast food and Coca Cola or Pepsi which are changing even the DNA. If you look carefull is a big difference between the skin of americans and skin of europeans. Europeans preffers to eat not too much and only fresh food. They have some words for this: "la joie de vivre". This mean that you eat to be alive and you are not living only to eat.

I read a booklet in the Dr.'s office saying that's a myth. That eating chocolate and such doesn't cause break outs. But I still think it does. When I eat greasy foods like pizza I break out the next day.

I have heard that there is not a direct effect with chocolate, fatty foods, etc as what was once thought. I assume you are talking about acne...it would be affected by how healthy your immune system is. In that regard, healthier foods would strengthen your immune system, which in turn would better fight the bacteria that makes acne grow.

supposedly not directly, but there are many foods which can raise body temperature. This can open pores, which can then allow for dirt, staff, etc to get under the skin. Ask a dermatologist for precise answers.

All the myths about chocolate and pizza breaking out your face are false. Things that do effect it are food items containing lots of iodine (shellfish, sushi, etc). The best thing to do is get plenty of rest, hydrate yourself and wash your face. Don't wash it with harsh things. You can use dove soap, or purpose. Those are really good.
