you mean the spoon rest? lol it looks like a spoon and you set the spoon in it while you cook to keep the stove cleaner or whatever.

It's called a spoon rest. Someone told me that owning a spoon rest is a sign of maturity, so I guess I'm not mature because I don't own one.
