I very much doubt that you will die from it. Unlike other weight loss pills sold as "dietary supplements," Alli has been approved by the FDA and been deemed safe enough to sell without a prescription. Keep in mind that some over the counter drugs are fatal if you take more than the recommended dose (like Tylenol), as well as the fact that the FDA has sometimes been a little too quick to approve drugs which are unsafe (like Vioxx).
As long as you followed the package instructions, you should be OK. The packaging should come with a list of side effects, including serious side effects that require going to the hospital. If you didn't have any side effects, you should be fine. Alli prevents absorption of fat in your intestine, so basically it would be like eating a fat free meal.

Hey, pills are not a good solution - they are risky because the majority of them are not FDA approved (check yours!) and that means they havent been tested for all possible side effects.. Especially since you are 15, you may not have fully developed even if you are mature for your age. I know I discovered I had heart arrhythmia at 21 and most diet pills wouldve hurt me, possibly killed me, if I had tried them at your age since I was unaware of it. 176 is not a bad weight at all - just be healthy and get exercise. Different body types carry different weights differently so, for example a weight of 130 may be fat for some people and 130 may be skeletal for others. Don't worry about the # on the scale - accept your body type and get lean by lifting weights or walking. Learn how to eat healthy - restrict your calories and just get movin'! Even if the pills are FDA approved, after you stop taking them, you will have difficulty maintaining your "goal" weight if you keep your diet the same. Please be safe! Good luck to you and there's a great quote I heard that goes, "every minute you spend hating your body is a minute wasted." Enjoy your beautiful body!

Diet pills won't help you to lose weight in a healthy manner.
I don't know these diet pills called "alli" but I'm sure of one thing - you'll get to lose weight, for a while but if you stop taking them, the pounds pile back on very quickly.
Most diet pills, "alli" or whatever, may contain harmful substances in them that can cause hormonal imbalance and suppressant to suppress appetitite. They're un-natural and harmful to your body's health and well being.
Don't console yourself by saying that it's really weight loss and you feel fine. You won't feel fine if you take them on long term - you'll feel louzy, tired, loss of focus and an overall sense of feeling "not yourself".........And these pills do their most destructive job when you take them long term......
There's no short cut to weight loss. Period.
You gonna do the hard, tried and true way:
1. Exercise (cardio) - run, walk, jog, swim......for at least 30 mins per session, 3-4 times per week
2. Eat a healthy, weight loss, well-balanced nutritious diet that 's low in fat calories and rich in vitamins, minerals, lean protein, good fat, moderate carbohydrates, fiber and plenty of water.
Combine these 2 things together and do them consistently, you'll be on your way to loosing weight and at the same time become healthy.
Don't short-change your health with harmful diet pills, please?

What the pills are doing is taking away the fat in your meal and when you poop them out your body is getting rid of it .. now your body during that time is getting rid of fat. Understand the concept now
