the diet ultimately determines the body fat %. if you aren't consuming enough of the right nutrients the body will not metabolize stored fats for energy at a high enough rate to decrease the current body fat %

regular exercise is important but a healthy balanced diet is essenatial to fat loss. the source of the nutrients that you ingest is more important than the calories that they provide

if u did this routine, u would notive stronger abs, but not a six pack, jump roping would not work abs hardly enough to cause any muscle growth and 50 crunchs would work ur abs, but u would have to do more and more crunchs every day or so to keep ur abs growing, so i really dont think this is a good routine to get a six pack, but a good endurance and calf workout

"Well, if you have a semi healthy eating habit, and doing so little exercise, it MAY help you from sliding quickly backwards (gaining weight)...You'll have to do a little more just keep yourself balanced. Though if you did this repeatedly throughout the day (more that 5 or 6) it may be a slow process but you might see a little bit of abs coming....after weeks..." >>;
