As for saying the weather is wet all day today, I assume you're basing that on what the weather forecasters are predicting - so if they say that, it will probably become a beautiful summer's day later on, so I'm off to Glastonbury again !-

I have just spent half an hour standing in the rain in the nude in my garden. Have always wanted to experience this. Thankfully both my neighbours on either side are off out for the day. At least I hope so and have switched off their spy cams. Who knows.
What was it like? Wet and cold but interesting. I now know why my ancestors [Brythonic Celts] spent so much time and effort building thatched huts to live in and wrapping themselves in hand-woven woollen cloth.
Otherwise, I am as usual wasting time on Yahoo Answers.
Edit: for those of us who are NOT doing Glasto but want to see the best - tune in to BBC-2 at 5pm Sunday and see Shirley Bassey live on stage [expected time 5.15pm]. Miss this and just die with regret. She's followed by another Welsh group "Manic Street Preachers". Enjoy!

I stayed in bed all day yesterday when there was some stuff I was supposed to do. I will do said stuff today - shopping and some other things. A bit vague, but I hope this answers your question.

Not where I am, it's clear, and 48 deg.C, And I am spending my day working in my air conditioned office. Which is good because it's freakin hot outside.

I have to entertain visitors from Sacotra who are coming to England to study the indigenous wildlife. My sister is being their guide and they are eating dinner at my house before they go to the place they are staying.
They are strict Muslims, eat with their hands and wear skirts, not our average guests.
