In english:
Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, amen.

You've got the words already from the answers above although the phantom and tonks-op have chosen to update the language to modern English - something I like to do myself, I think it makes the prayer more personal.
The first part of the prayer is biblically based and the church added the second part which actually includes the request (prayer) that Mary pray to God for us.
The RSV Bible (generally accepted for it accuracy of translation) gives the greeting of the angel to Mary as: "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!" Elsewhere 'Hail' is translated as 'Rejoice'. I consider it entirely wonderful that Mary is addressed by the angel (and therefore named by God) as Full of Grace. I frequently choose to begin this prayer with those words, Rejoice, Full of Grace, ...
A few words to Douglas L if I may:
Despite your reliance on scripture you declare that Mary committed sin ALL her life - on what basis do you make such a statement when the above passage (Luke 1:28) declares her FULL of the grace of God?
If Mary is mother of the human/divine Jesus as you state then what is the purpose of the incarnation if Jesus is other than saviour?
I do not understand your reference to the duplicity of the RC church - the prayer is simply composed from two sources - where is the duplicity?

Here we go again! It is not just the Roman Catholic faith that venerates the mother of our Saviour. The Orthodox Church also venerate the Blessed Virgin and I have been in an Anglican Church in Walshingham, Norfolk, which is a Marian Shrine. Anglicans(especially Anglo-Catholics)often say the prayer to Our Lady. Muslims also venerate Mary as the mother of Jesus.
Whilst we do not pray to the Blessed Virgin as a deity, She is a unique person, the mother of Jesus and we venerate Her and worship God.
The first part of the Angelic Salutation, is directly based on St Luke's Gospel. The second part of the prayer was added by the Church Fathers at a later date.

DOUGLAS L - how can the mother of JESUS be full of sin?
She was a human being but was conceived without original sin as God forsaw that she would say yes to being the mother of Jesus, who is God.
Therefore would or could God be born to a sinful woman-No I don't think so.
I believe your answer is bigoted!

the exact words are a great example of the duplicity and deceit of the RCC. The first part is 100% truth: 'Hail Mary, full of grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.' These words are taken from the gospels, primarily Luke. The the last part of the "prayer" is complete blasphemy: "Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and in the hour of our death, Amen." Mary was a human being, born in sin and comitting sin all of her life. She was not Holy, and she even prayed calling Christ her savior. Holy people don't need a savior. She was the mother of the human/divine Jesus, not the mother of God. God has no beginning or end. And Mary has no power to pray for us, now or ever. "There is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus,"
I Tim 2:5. If you are looking into Christianity, please look at the Bible alone, where you will find salvation in Christ alone, through faith alone, by grace alone. Read Romans 1-8.
