I am not sure what else to do to make myself a great applicant for the hotels. I will do what ever it takes. Please tell me what else I can do. Thanks....

You can take some courses in hotel management and get a degree in hospitality.
Here is a description of the kind of degree it is..this is just an example from a college that has this program, but lots of colleges do. Hope that helps!

If you are currently working in the hotel industry, start learning all of the areas that you haven't already. And definitely take some college courses.
