Straight spirit of camphor dabbed on it will make it dry up quicker and the scab will just peel right off. I use it for cold sores all the time. Good luck.
Oh yeah, you will probably need to go to Walgreens or a health food store to get it.

Leave it alone. It could become infected. Polysporin (fast healing) will heal it up quicker. The rule of thumb here, when you have a pimple do not pick it, as that makes it worst!! Get some cream that helps with pimples and you won't have to go this mess! Ask a pharmacist what would best!!

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and according to me acne is normal for teens as they go through various hormonal changes in their bodies. If we keep on trying to heal pimples before they come then in 90% of the cases they won't come out but in 10% of the cases they will reside inside the skin and harm the skin by massive redness, itching and sometimes rashes.
I do recommend http://remove-acne-fast.com/ to all the teenagers who come to me for treating their acne. As this is a guide to get rid of pimples and the best part is all are healthy and tricks that actually works. I tried some listed techniques with my patients and the results were fast and impressive as compared to pills and surgeries.

They have to heal on their own.. and even then you will scar badly please stop bursting your pimples, see a doctor to get some medicine so the pimples don't appear as frequently or severely and start using stuff like Medurma or something containing medical grade silicon to help deal with the scars... That is unless you Want skin that looks like a beige close-up photo of the lunar surface...

Treadstone is right. Any triple antibiotic does work. It'll soften the scab and promote healing.

Just leave it. Keep it moist with ointment or something so it doesn't leave a scar behind.
