I hear ya....although you are probably knocked out by now.
Take an aspirin before you pass out and if you didnt over do it too much it may help in the morning.

When you quit drinking alcohol for the night, start drinking LOTS of water. Hangovers are basically dehydration. I also like to take an aspirin right before I go to bed, so that I won't have a headache in the morning.

The rule is to drink a glass of water for each alcoholic drink you consume because alcohol dehydrates you which leads to a hangover...drinking the water will help prevent that. That's what I do. I've never had a hangover before.

Take a few vitamins before going to bed and dont forget your 3 glasses of water..
Vitamins help absorb the alcohol and prevent hangovers.
Have a bottle of gatorade ready in the morning to help with the hangover and some Aspirin.

I'm immune to hangovers (strangely). However, those hangover pills seem to help my friends the day before. Also consider eating a hard boiled egg to remove the toxins. If you've ever been to a bar that has a jar of pickled eggs you'll know why.

Drink water every other drink. Most of the headache part of drinking is dehydration.
Take aspirin before bed.
Spicy food for breakfast.
Hot shower.
Moderate exercise can also help sometimes.

I get really bad hangovers, but last week I drank half a bottle of water and felt fine the next day.
Berrocca is the best also you put it into water and then drink.
Couldn't really recommend a hair of the dog, doesnt really work for me.....

well i agree with everything which has been written so far but theres a problem which i also encounter, when u get smashed noone actually thinks about aspirin or water or jus cannot be bothered (me :) ) but i find that drinkin water in the mornin, and also eatin bread or meat helps a lot because it absorbs the alcohol in your body, even thou you feel like you cant eat anything you shud cos it really helps
