indirect calorimetry will tell you precisely what your BMR is. ask you Dr. and check with any local university's that offer degress in exercise sciense or exercise physiology, etc. also most health fairs offer those types of tests as well

hi ichigo, there is a test a doctor does to determine metabolism and it's done by a simple blood test. i hope this helped. :)
