My mom's side of the family is Italian, and we get them. They look rather nice on some people, bad on others. I wouldn't worry about them too much, unless they're terribly dark. ;]

yes!it is entirely possible! I have them too.although I'm pale as a ghost my eyes always have a bluish purple smudge under them.I've found that if you drink lots of water in the morning and before you go to bed place a frozen washcloth on your eyes that they will fade, but you have to do it every night,or you could play it up with some bluish black eyeshadow and mascara,or whatever you want
PS:cucumber doesn't really help that much, but prep h(gross,I know) helps, and so does moisturizer and under eye creams
or you could just wear concealer, good luck!

It can be a sign of vitamin deficiency. Take a strong multi vitamin daily and take an additional 1000 mg of C and 800 of E. It should go away in about 2-3 weeks. Good luck.
Allergies can also cause it and again vitamins will help.

Dark or puffy circles under your eyes is hereditary... When you get older... you may be able to have cosmetic surgery to correct it if you are self conscious. There's a lot of creams and potions out there, but the best thing you can do is use quality make-up products to cover it up.

Some people from Mediterranean cultures get those. No worries unless your the only one and you feel pain, otherwise it's just a family thing.

I think this could be hereditary. If it bothers you a lot ask your parents to make an appointment with a good dermatologist who will give you a safe way to help mask it.

Yes, and it could be your heritage. Try talking to your family and see what they have to say.
