Sure, run for say 6-10 hours straight. Most of what you lose will just be water weight, but you will notice a loss. Of course, it will come right back when you drink water (which you will need to do or you will die). But keep this up--running for 6-10 hours straight--for a couple of weeks and you will lose lots of weight. What? You don't have 6-10 hours to run? What, you would probably be dead after hour 3, day 1? Well, yes. And there is the problem...

Yes, but not through starving. Drink plenty of water. Cut out cakes and ice cream and if you must indulge, do so with discretion and ensure that you exercise. First of all, eat protein, like eggs, meat, fish. Exercise, but you don't have to lift weights. Use your body weight, do cardiovascular exercises, swimming, walking. If you exercise, before embarking on a walk, you are doing something good. Drink plenty of water.

In theory, but that kind of rapid weight loss is not reccomended.

Each pound of fat contains 3500 Calories. Each kilo of fat contains 7700 Calories. Running, bicycling, and other high-intensity sports burn about 1000 Calories per hour.

Your body burns 2000 Calories per day just to stay alive.

that is highly unlikely. your body would have to be working over time burning an extra like 7000 calories over it's bmR. short of lipo no and if you can it won't be too healthy of good for you. i know they say you're only supposed to lose 2 lbs i week bbut i'd say it'd be okay to lose 2-3 kilos a week. you don't wanna shock ur body.

impossible...rapid weight loss will result in nothing more than the temporary loss of water weight. the body can only utilize so much free fatty acids for energy in a 24 hr period regardless of how much exercise is performed or how low the calories are restriced. this is a basic function of human biology and of the human metabolism
