Calcium deficiency can be fatal to the mother dog, and her litter. Please take her to the vet immediately, for a calcium shot to start her on it, then give her calcium supplement, in the USA it's called PET CAL, daily, for at least 4 weeks after weaning the pups.
She needs to eat a good balanced puppy chow during this time also.
It is best for the dog not to get pregnant again at the next heat.

Besides Calcium supplements you may wish to provide some supplement feeding of formula & bottle to the pups so they demand less milk from mom.
Why did you breed her again?
