Report them to the cops. Inform the local newspaper. Go down there with a can of RAID.

You could always inform the Department of Homeland Securty. But before doing so you should think about the pros and cons. Your boss will be penalized or worst their business will be shut down. You might lose your job. The alien will be subject to deportation. Just another alien who is trying to earn some money to send to their family right?!

I too have illegal co-workers but I don't mind. As long as they don't affect my paycheck and my work it's fine. Besides, these people I know are quite nice.

Why would your boss hire these illegals? Low maintenace? Maybe they are hardworking? Trustworthy? The reason we don't know for sure. Your boss did not judge them for what their status are, not their color, not their race, maybe it's what they could offer. Your boss is just human after all. How about you?

I would call the police and ask them.
Your employer is breaking the law and is harboring criminals who quite possibly could be working there using stolen identities with stolen social security numbers.
The place where my husband works isn't hiring Americans anymore instead their hiring people from foreign countries here on work visas who don't speak any English and have an outright hatred for America.
Even the office people are being replaced with these types of people and they thought when they began doing this that their job was sacred and they didn't have to worry because what they were doing to the average employee couldn't ever happen to them.
It's a serious problem that needs to be addressed and I think that it's fine to want to help someone in an impoverished country try to better themselves by giving them a job here in America but to prevent it from getting out of control and replacing Americans entirely there should only be a certain amount of people on work visas allowed to work for each business at a time.
America appears to be imploding upon itself and each day brings us closer to the catastrophe that's eventually bound to happen.
And as it states in the bible in Revelation there won't be anywhere left to run or hide.

ok. if you turn her into homeland security, you will get her arrested and (if she is an a*s*s) then its a good thing, but then you will also get the few immigrants deported. if you dont turn her in, the few immigrants will continue to work there, your boss will be getting away with it, and she could possibly be paying them less/ begin to hire more of them, and if she is paying them less, she might fire you, so its a hard choice to do. ruin the lives of immigrant familys for the "rightness" of america, or let them be and risk your own position in the future

If you know without a doubt they are illegal, turn them in. At some point in the future, your boss will find somone cheaper than you.

Contact the Immigration & Naturalization Department.
They will need their names, Company name & address.
They will investigate & pick them up. You do not have to have your name used - (you could use your boss's name for fun- sorry it is late & my mean streak is out). Turn them in & save us all tax money - they know the laws too.

Nothing. Unless someone has a warrant ICE may go as far as hanging up on you (as did others).

If you do call them you'll have to be in for the long haul and keep calling and calling and calling...good luck.

If you like your job , make a decent salary, benefits are good.I think you should not interfere in your bosses business. She knows you know this and if she wants to take a chance than it isn't causing you to lose anything, but if you go turn her in ,I think you will find yourself looking for another job.
Maybe it's not right but really that part is none of your business, I believe I would let her take care of her own affairs and stay out of her business, okay. It beats looking for another job, which you will be doing.

Call ICE - just be careful that your boss doesn't know you did it because you might get in trouble with her (unless you are planning on quiting)
