I read the ingredients, but nothing I see matches the hype in the Ovaltine commercials. Am I missing something?

It's mostly hype but when mixed with milk you get over 20% of the daily recommended allowance of 16 vitamins and minerals. A lot of the nutrients come from the milk.

only the manufacturer of Ovaltine claims it's healthy, just like the Kellog Special K diet. Ovaltine is highly processed and sugar ladden it is not even close to being good for you.
