above is the picture, dunno if i did it right for you to view by this URL, the plants bears small flowers but many , its like a stars that comes in pink, yellow, white in respective plants, grows at least 3 feet high, i saw it here in our community all around the streets and blloms mid spring to summer maybe.pls comment.God bless

Most probably it is a species of Bacopa of Plantaginaceae( Earlier it was included in Scrophulariaceae.)

Many of them are cultivated plants ( and perhaps hybrids as well! ) so it is very difficult for me to pinpoint the specific name .

looks a bit like a rosacea, reminds me of one called shrubby cinqfoil
