My spouse and that i are excited by graveyards, stones, and the archetecture... we've seen many humorous gravestones, yet do not remember them...purely use any seek engine and placed "humourous gravestones" in the seek heading, and notice what turns up...Love your theory, could evaluate it myself...loss of existence should not be this form of somber affair...What would desire to be greater helpful than giving somebody a marvelous snicker 50 years once you're long previous ???

A boy was named "Odd" by his parents, and he hated his name.

The kids teased him all his childhood life, and when he was a man, he was still teased.

When he made out his Will, Odd stated that he didn't want his name on his gravestone because he hated his name that much.

So, when he died, his wish was accepted by the survivors, and now when people see his blank gravestone, they exclaim,

"that's odd"
