Well...kinda. Though a girl making a guy horny does not say that he likes her. He might be attraced to her, as in that he would have sex with her, not not that he likes her.

I been told by many males ,that many times happens just walking down the street ,and the shorts catches just right ,and they get a hard on ,not a girl in sight.

No, not necessary so. I have been walking in a mall and had a young lady pass me wearing some really great perfume and I went to instant stupid! I did turn and look, but ....
