I liked the way The Craft showed how you have to take responsibility for your actions, or rather your intentions. As far as a movie depicting Witchcraft accurately, I don't think it would make any money. People want to see supernatural effects, or they feel jipped.
Yes, I've seen Willow. It's more of a fairy tale than a story of witchcraft.

The 1973 version of "The Wicker Man" is accurate in many respects, although nowadays it's darn hard to get away with human sacrifices. Not many of us have an island where we can be quite so isolated from the muggles.
But you must understand that to make a movie that accurately depicts magic, and has no negative elements, you would not make a box-office hit. Enough people believe witches are up to something wicked (note the similarities of those two words in English) that unless you could cook up one where the witchcraft was used to solve a mystery or something, you wouldn't get far.
Actually, there are some really accurate elements in that most fanciful of series, Harry Potter. Sorting out the real from the fictional is an interesting puzzle. (Reference below.)
I'll be looking at the other answers to this one; I'd like to find good examples myself.

No, none whatsoever.
The Craft is about a bunch of teenagers playing around with magic.. they have one ritual that would be close to a Wiccan rite.
Practical Magic does not portray it accurately.
Charmed is all fantasy.
ALL of them are full of nonsense.
The Mists of Avalon at least portrays Goddess worship better.
The original Wicker man at least show some pagan concepts better than most (but there is no way pagans would lure some unsuspecting christian onto their island to sacrifice him)
Nothing I've seen in a movie portrays us accurately.

I have never seen one that gave any serious thought to portraying witchcraft in a truthful theme. Some make an effort but over all they usually fail. I am afraid that media is a reflection of the standard belief in this country of what most think of witchcraft. Some day maybe we'll see one but I doubt it will be in my lifetime.

Unfortunately, i have not seen any movies that represent in an accurate way.
I did see willow, but we need to remember that it was a fantasy picture meant for children.
I think that the closest we will ever get is a documentary on PBS. Who knows?
If you find one, let me know!

Pretty much full of nonsense. Sad, I think, that no one wants to accurately show that faith.
As a sidenote, I liked the new Wicker Man, but everyone knows that people of pagan faiths don't sacrifice people OR animals. It's one of the rules, it's seen as wrong to hurt anything living.

No I have not. I'm not a wizard, or warlock, or wiccan or whatever (I fully except the fact that I don't know much about witchcraft).
But I do not I have never seen a movie that portrays it correctly.
It's okay though, I'm still waiting for a Satanic movie that portrays it correctly too.
