IF YOU ARE POSITIVE IT IS A RASH AND NOT AN INFECTION; I.E..... NO SMELL OR DISCHARGE, POWDER THE AFFECTED AREA WITH PLAIN CORNSTARCH. NOT ANY OTHER POWDER AS THEY HAVE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN THEM. THIS IS ALSO GOOD FOR SWEAT OR HEAT RASH. ALSO, DON'T WEAR UNDERWEAR WHEN DOING THIS AS YOU'LL JUST GET IT ON THEM BUT IF YOU MUST, WEAR ALL COTTON ONLY AND NOT TO TIGHT SO THE AREA CAN BREATH.

If I had a vagina rash I would worry about STD's so you'd better take care of something like this before it becomes worse. Since you don't know what it is, you'd better see your doctor and get something for it right away before it gets worse or, you spread it.
