Hi, I'm gonna have to go solo on this...I've said it many times and will stick by it i would recommend Biolage by: Matrix..it may be pricey but well worth it the hydra line is awesome smells sweet too!..You only use a quarter size anyway..so your using less then the store brand..i have a bottle that i bought back in February..still have it and my hair is pretty long an thick..i live in hot weather so i need lots o hydro. Plus you need to take a multivitamin to keep the hair healthy from the inside out!

I know exactly what you mean, it used to be you would go to the store and buy shampoo, there would be like maybe three different kinds and it really never mattered which you picked they were all the same. Now you go to the store, there is a Shampoo isle!! What happened!!!?
Seems like thousands of choices from hundreds of companies, it is intimidating, making you feel like what if I get the wrong kind? Finely after feeling I am going out of my mind nervous trying to pick the right one I give up and reach out and what ever my hand grabs that is the shampoo I buy.
It seems to work so far, maybe all those labels and descriptions are just junk and it is still all the same basically.

I really like the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shine Release Volumizing Shampoo.A funny story i have is a couple months ago i was at my cousins house and took a shower there because we were going to the mall and while i was taking a shower she had the John Frieda Sheer Blonde (shes a blonde)so i put her shampoo in my hair and i got scared because since it's made for blondes i thought my hair was going to turn blonde.LOL anyways that shampoo makes my hair very soft and silky, shiney, and tangle free.Where i live it's pretty expensive like $7.00 but i think it's worth it.
