I agree with you. I hope you keep expressing your point of view because I don't think it is the most popular. Killing of any kind is genocide, people killing people. I'm against abortion, war, all of it. It's not easy to hold these beliefs in such a violent world.

I was not aware that a gun was used in the killing of Jesse Davis in Ohio. There is no evidence of that at all.
It is reported that her boyfriend (who is the father of her two year old and the baby she was carrying) has confessed to this murder and led police to her where the body was hidden. However his confession mentioned nothing about a shooting.
I too, like you, am against abortion. I believe life begins at conception and I do believe abortion is wrong. However I cannot compare a woman deciding to have an abortion (which unfortunately is legal) and being killed by someone you are in love with and have chosen to have children with.

It comes down to this: either a fetus is a human being or it isn't.
If it's a human being, then killing it is murder -- legal or not.
And if it's just a tomato, then who cares?
People come up with all sorts of excuses -- when it is viable, how developed it is, the circumstances of its conception, whether the mother wants it or not, when it has a heartbeat, etc. But all these are tangents and the basic fundamental question is the same: Is it a human being or is it a tomato?
Thankfully, science gives us the plain facts: 23 chromosomes from dad plus 23 chromosomes from mom equal a genetically complete human life that just needs oxygen, food, and a safe warm place to grow so it can develop fully into an adult. Just like the rest of us.

Such foolish people argue that "sex is natural." But if sex is natural, pregnancy and childbirth are equally natural. And for the child it is certainly natural to be raised by a loving father and mother and in fact to have the same father and mother throughout his life. Psychological studies confirm that a child needs to be cared for by both his father and his mother, and thus it is obviously natural for sex to be accompanied by a permanent marriage arrangement. Hypocritical people justify unrestricted sex by saying "it is natural" but to avoid the natural consequence of sex-pregnancy—they use contraceptives, which certainly do not grow on trees or kill the child in the womb, which is obviously a great sin. Indeed, contraceptives are not at all natural and kill the fetus is a murder in which the mother will pay with her own life in the future. Thus hypocrisy and foolishness abound in the age of Kali.

Abortions are only legal during the first tri.(and in some states the 2ed). The baby that was killed was in the third tri. were abortion is illegal (unless it is used to save the mothers life). So if the mother were to have an abortion during the third tri, it would be against the law and she would face punishment. And I agree with you, abortion is murder.

no longer all criminal platforms view the fetus as a individual, in fact, maximum basically evaluate it someone if it rather is born alive and workable. in my opinion, if it does not have a coronary heart beat, it rather is not alive, there is largely a possibility that it relatively is going to be alive if the being pregnant is authorized to proceed. in spite of everything, i do no longer think a "achievable" person takes priority over an latest person, consequently a woman has the final to do in spite of she chooses together with her own physique - common human rights.

Yes most intelligent people would say it is murder in both cases. but as many of the answerer's on here answered it is because a stranger took the life of the child unexpectedly. and the mother didn't get to make the decison to kill it, becasue that is ok. we call that women right's. that makes perfect sense???????? doesn't it??????

Abortion is a monstrous way to legally murder since so many americans just sleep around since they think life revolves around lust. So all the teenagers who get unwanted pregnancies can feel good of 'getting rid' of that undeveloped body inside of them.
Well guess what? Abortion increases chance of breast cancer, since your breasts are getting already to give milk to the baby and then the baby disappears. This, I think, is one of the any fcts that proves nature already has its own system and people just go against it because they think they're smarter.

You know how if you kill yourself it's called a suicide because you murdered yourself by your own hand and if someone murdered you they killed you by their hand. So in this case the woman aparently intended to carry out her pregnancy. So she did not choose to abort the fetus with the help of a doctor. How dense can you be....yes a gun used during the abortion would take the life of the fetus and the mother...its medical practice darling, just like your dentist doesn't just blow your head off when you have a tooth botherting you. It would probably easier and less painfull but noone has argued for this as of yet.

Few people, even among the most avid advocates of women's rights, would find the abortion of a viable 8 or 9 month fetus to be acceptable, or less than murder. Very very few abortions take place at that stage of pregnancy, and rarely if ever for any reason other than to save the life of the mother.
It is an anti-abortionist trick to take such an extreme example and act as if every abortion was like that. It would be so much nicer if Christians wouldn't resort to such misstatements, dishonest arguments, and sometimes downright lies to justify their stands on abortion, creationism, politics, and other sensitive topics.

I think you are really mean to use this example for your anti-abortion tirade. This was the taking of an innocent life by some deranged maniac. There is no justification and abortion and what seems like premeditated murder are not even in the same category..This women did not have a choice.
