Don't have time to grill or fuss over a stove? I came across a quick and easy recipe on COOKS.COM that will save time, and is a new alternative to the same kielbasa.
2 rings of kielbasa
1 jar of grape jelly
1 bottle of any ketchup
Mix grape jelly with ketchup in crockpot. Slice the kielbasa about a fourth of an inch thick and place it into crockpot. Then mix all ingredients together.
Cook on low for about 5 hours and serve with your favorite side. Enjoy!

Kielbasa, is the Polish word for Sausage, you can boil it (as i prefer) and make it into a hotdog...by putting the kielbasa into a hotdog bun (self explanitory). Or you can grill it, which takes longer than boiling it, and eat it with ketchup and mustard, if you like.

Hi, If you can boil water you have half the job done.Usually the kielbasa is ready to eat ,because it is usually smoked or roasted already. So for a quick meal just boil it to readiness.Add your favorite side dishes and you are all set to enjoy a good meal.Good Luck

Here's my favorite:
Slice the sausages long-wise. Score each side (so they don't curl while cooking).
Broil for 5 minutes, flip and cook the other side.
Eat with a knife and fork (mustard on the side) or in a French roll.
Serve with Cole Slaw, hot sauerkraut, or German style potato salad.

I have found that the best way to cook any sausage is to by a Dark German Beer(Oktoberfest if possible) and boil the sausage in the beer. It adds a wonderful flavor to any sausage.

i grill it. please keep in mind that it will most likely have a casing, meaning that it has a "cover" on the sausage that holds everthing in. the casing is of course edible, usually made of lamb. or you can cut it up in slices and cooking it in a frying pan and it will go very well with some pasta. (use it instead of meatballs or with meatballs in spaghetti) :)
