Treat her like gold. Be a good listener.Be interested in the things she is. Have her meet your friends and family. Find fun things to do that don't cost much or anything to do.Like go for long romantic walks or put some music on and slow dance. You don't have to have lots of money to impress a girl if you have true feelings for her.

Humour, wit, charm and looks ... If you don't have any or all of them, then you'll have to make lots of money ...
But you really should ask yourself, if you are trying to impress someone who is only impressed by money, what is the point?
They won't be liking you for who you are, just for the money they can squeeze out of you.
Sure, everyone wants to be comfortable ... to a certain extent if there were two identical people, one with billions and one with two fistfulls of sweet f**k all, I'd probably go for the rich one too ... But if you actively go out seeking someone who is rich, then you will ultimately not be happy with what you will end up with, you may have a good life, but it won't be the right person for you.
Try and impress someone who will be impressed for what you have, rather than trying to have something you don't.

I think this is a neat idea. When my nephew was still in high school & didn't have much money for a date he did this: He went and bought some chinese food ( dinner for one, since they give you so much food) , borrowed his mom's card table & chairs, a nice table cloth & a couple of plates & flatware, some candles & candle holders and took his date to the park after dark. He set everything up and rolled the windows down in his truck and turned on the stereo and they had dinner by candlelight under the stars. She was greatly impressed & all it cost him was the chinese food. You could do this at the lake, or down by the beach or at a city park.

Unless of course you want a girl who only cares about money!
To impress a girl...be funny, be smart, and be sweet! Thats what I like in guys.

Take an intrest in something that she is interested in, study up on it so you can impress her with your knowledge of the subject. Compliments couldn't hurt either. And, women really like flowers while they are still alive not in Heaven where they are not able to enjoy them.

BE A GENTLEMAN! Get the door for her, smile, and treat her like she is valuable - because she is. The world is seriously lacking in gentleman this day and age, and if someone finally steps up to be one, any girl would be impressed, regardless of how much cash you have!

I believe money does not matter.There is always a girl waiting for a man somewhere and vice versa,needs not to be impressesed in anyway.Think over it . It is true.

Be yourself. By this I mean, be honest, tell her the truth, DON'T make things up. If you normally talk slow, talk slow. If you have to go to the bathroom every 10 min., go every 10 min. You see, if you are yourself, you will be able to see if the person TRULY likes you for who you are, not what you may pretend to be.
