Personality is the most important feature if you ask me. If you have a good personality, people (especially guys) will over-look a short-coming in your looks and education. Even if a girl is really hot or really smart, it's a real bummer to me if she's not fun to be around.
Usually people with a good personality have confidence and are comfortable in their own skin, they accept the way they look and act. They don't try to show off their education or look down on others who are less educated, because they recognize how obnoxious that is. .

Personality then looks. Looks are important to me, but if you're a complete ***** then forget about it. Education and intelligence aren't very crucial, but I am really into politics and stuff like that and that gets annoying sometimes with girlfriends, especially at my age, not having any idea what I'm talking talking about. But I can let that go, however if you're so idiotic that I can't hold a decent conversion, then I can't stand it. Idiocy is my pet peeve.

Personality, definitely. I've known some women in my time who would not be considered to be classically physically unattractive, yet have a sparkling personality, and it has been very rewarding.
And I would chose intelligence and wisdom over "education". Anyone can be educated, but not everyone is intelligent. And wisdom is a far rarer gift.

PERSONALITY!
EYES!
SMILE!
WHEN SHE SPENDS TIME WITH ME!
First, her personality. I can read people like a book and I use that to my advantage...I love a woman who can make me laugh without even saying a word. She also has to be able to take a joke and dish one out.
Second, her eyes. When I look into her eyes, I want to feel completely relaxed...I want to feel loved and needed.
Third, her smile. Sigh...need I say more? She can get me to do anything with a flash of her smile.
Fourth, the way she acts when she is around me...the way we interact with one another.
But most importantly, she has to be herself when she is around me. And I think a lot of guys will agree when I say that we really don't like "fake" girls.
Also, beauty is in the eye of the beholder...it can come from the inside and out.
I really love it when we cuddle up and watch a movie together and she falls asleep in my arms
And being good looking doesn't hurt. lol.
