I am concerned about prostate cancer?

i am 17 and recently i feel pain in my lower abdomen and groin
i checked with my doctor last week and he told me not to worry because there were no lumps
but now for the past 2 days i have been feeling pain in my lower back
anybody with experience please help
i am going crazy and extremely worried with this
