You need to take her out for dinner, just to show her that you cared and you really did try to make it work with her, then look her straight in the eyes and softly tell her, that you really don't think you two are made for eachother and just nicely tell her whatever you feel and that you should stop seeing eachother. Good luck, it must be really uncomfortable being in that position.

Well you are not going to get out of this without hurting her too bad. Just explain to her that she deserves to have someone that is really into her and you are not that person.

You need to be honest with your feelings. Now it's hard, but it doesn't mean you're a bad guy, you just need to tell her how you feel straight up. It will hurt her, that's to be expected. But she will move on, and grow from it, get a new boyfriend, and in time, forget you ever existed and that's what needs to happen now.

Be frank or if that doesn't work get a "pretend woman" (either a female friend / co-worker that she doesn't know) to let the ex know that your current "woman" doesn't appreciate the contact between the two of you.

I think her feelings have to be a non issue at this point...
you just have to stop answering her calls, texts or e-mails...she will get the hint eventually...

Remind her that it just didn't work and that it is obvious that you and she are not meant to be.
