When I had mine removed my doctor told me eat anything I like because the foods that bothered me before shouldn't now.You can ask your doctor but I would say eat what you like.

Speaking from personal experience, foods high in fat and sometimes spicy foods. They will cause you to dump--meaning soon after you eat them, you are running for the toiliet. If you are going to eat something fatty, take a fiber-con 30 minutes prior to it--it helps absorb some of the fat and you aren't as likely to dump.
The gallbladder is what processes the fat you consume and since you don't have it...well, the above it the result.

Greasy, fatty, hard to digest foods. Nuts of any kind. You'll be able to eat anything in no time at all, today's surgery for gallbladders is done without much todo.

Cooked cabbage, and other gas producing foods.
Make sure you get a book and read. Information should come with the discharge papers.

i never had to avoid anything. unless you make a habit of eating nothing but high fat foods, you'll be fine.
