Step one... Get off the computer.......then turn off anything else that may be distracting you and get comfy......or you're gonna feel like crap tomorrow.

Sometimes I make myself a cup of tea to help me relax. If I am hungry I make myself some eggs and corned beef hash, and I am full until lunch. Or eat the leftovers, or something that you would eat, plus cereal is good too. However if you rather have something light toast is good with the tea.
If you were not starving, a warm bath helps put people to sleep because it relax you.

have a small snack, just enough to hold you over until breakfast. It's hard to sleep when you're hungry, but harder to sleep when you're too full. A small cup of tea and a few crackers or a piece of fruit should do the trick.

Yes I've just had a cup of tea and 2 caramel flavoured rice cakes, tasty but low in calories.

ok, if its 4:15, i dont blame you for being hungry. nothing big, or you'll never fall asleep. try a half a glass of milk and maybe some unsalted crackers or two slices of bread. you dont want to make a whole sandwhich, ok? eating too much, wont help you fall asleep. eat something light and continue trying to sleep again.

Just eat, it will only keep u up longer if you don't as you'll be thinking of it, will probably then decide to go and eat and be up for even longer! It's now 4.38am so i guess you've already decided!

hopefully you are asleep by this time....4futr relax all muscles ; you have to think @ "counting" ;your mind will always dwell upon your concerns ,and be active ,your body will always cranke up your metab, to process , so count everythng .DO NOT EAT LATE ! your tounge is one of the strongest muscles you have, relax it by pulling it back from your teeth .compromise tween not thinking @ & .........
