how do you tell someone you cheated on them but still want to be with them? cause i cheated on my boyfriend mike because i hooked up with this kid dan. and i really like mike and we've been going out for 2 months now. I like mike and dan the same. i want to be with both but i dont want to be single. and dan wants to go out with me and mike still doesnt know about ay of this and it just happened today so should i tell him.. and if i do.. what should i say..and what should i do.
someone please help..it would be most appreiative<3.

You should always be honest and communicate in every relationship. How would you like it if you were dating someone and you didn't know he was dating someone else? If you are solely agreeing to seeing each other, then you are totally wrong in seeing Dan too. You cannot have your cake and eat it too. You need to make a decision on who you really want to spend your time with. You should tell both of them if you tend to just date. If you are exclusive, then Mike should dump you. You were not honest with him. You cannot really date two people and know what you really want. Don't go by being single. There are plenty of good reason to be single, until you figure your life out. Do not be dishonest or not tell them. I had a friend date 3 people and they all knew it. She was honest and upfront. It is up to each individual to decide if they want to date someone who is dating someone else. Give Mike the respect he deserves and tell him the truth, upfront and honest. If you lose him, then you probably will never do that again.

You don't say anything if you do you will probably loose Mike. Men hate when there lady has been with another man its a pride thing. When you do something you don't want somebody to find out you shouldn't tell anybody. If you really like Mike then don't cheat again. And you have to look at why did you cheat in the first place what is Mike or maybe you lacking for you to go out with somebody else. You can't be with Dan if he knows about Mike because he just wants to be with you because you are with somebody else, Dan doesn't respect your relationship with Mike. I understand about not being alone but sometimes you need to be to find out what you want. So when it comes alone you will not mess it up with the things that you do.

Tell Mike what you did and be ready to take responsibility. Tell him, "I cheated, I regret it and I still want to try to make things work". his first reaction is going to be anger and he is going to feel hurt and betrayed. That's normal. Most guys aren't willing to continue a relationship with a woman who cheated. He is probably going to feel you are capable of doing it again. Because you say you still like Dan and feel the same about both men, I would say you aren't ready for a committed relationship and lack the maturity. I say break up with Dan because he lacks integrity too. If Mike breaks up with you, you are going to have to move on. Mature adults take responsibility and face the consequences. Hopefully you will wise up in the future.

Well basically if you had it in you to cheat on him then he wasn't the one for you to begin with. You still like him because 1) you feel guilty and know that he did nothing wrong to coerce you to cheat on him, and 2) you still see the same potential in him that you saw when you first got with him. The only reason people cheat is because they are being offered something from somebody else that they can't or haven't been getting from the person they're still with. So you need to ask yourself why you cheated on him and what it was that made you wanna get with the other guy, then cut your losses. But real talk though, STOP CHEATING!!!!

Don't bother telling him, just find someone else because I highly doubt he will want to be with you after that. When you cheat, you sacrifice the love you have. Don't expect it back. Have more respect for Mike, let him find a real girl that actually loves him because you don't. Cheating is not something guys get over. Find someone better who doesn't appreciate you.

you cheated and you have to live with the consequences. You obviously don't care about mike that much or you wouldn't have cheated on him. You need to end it with him and Dan is not very smart for being with you either. If you cheated with him you will probably cheat on him. stop being so selfish

I think if u want something with mike u should tell him and work back his trust and when u tell him start with i love you if u are to that point and im sorry but i cheated and it was a one time thing i know u are mad but i want to be with u.

Honey, you have some growing up to do and I don't mean that in a mean way. Tell Mike you need some time away from him and tell him what you did and let him know that was not cool of you. Take some time for yourself.
