You can drown in your formless side - your thoughts and emotions, and then look into the mirror, or pinch yourself and wonder what the heck your flesh is. It's a trap and a vehicle atthe same time, but is it even real?

You would be a good Buddhist. I have often, on this site, quoted a scholar of Vedanta, an Indian religion close to Buddhism.
