I suddenly had severe chest pain located around the heart, couldn't even walk, it is like knife stabbing, when i press over the location it hurts even more, and even more when i fill my stomach with lots of air. This lasted for some 3 days then suddenly gone.

What could this be?

Nerves that come from the stomach area are almost identical to masking the nerves for a heart attack. A heart attack is not typical, it can and does act differently to different people.
It's best to have this checked by a doctor, they can tell if you've had an attack by drawing blood.
If it's gas you can then treat is as so.
