if you from Singapore ?
Visa for Singaporean nationals is issued in 2 working days.

However, visa application processing for non-Singaporean applicant who is a PR, or working on EP/WP or a dependant, requires minimum five working days. Initially application forms are to be submitted on the day of application and fee of S$20 is to be paid. On/after fifth working day, depending upon clearance obtained, fee for visa may be deposited between 09:15 hrs-11:30 hrs along with passport and collect the visa in the afternoon between 16:15 to 17:15 hrs. Please follow the process to avoid inconvenience

Non-Singaporean who is not-resident in Singapore will not be provided service by this mission. They should obtain the visa from the country of their normal residence
